Locations We Serve

We’re based in Las Vegas and staff crews year-round in Orlando, Atlanta, and Nashville. Those four markets are where our equipment, trucks, and people actually live — which means faster load-in, local advance work, and a crew that already knows the venue. We take on projects everywhere else too; see “Also serving nationwide” below.

Las Vegas

Las Vegas is home base — our shop, our warehouse, our shade structure inventory, and the account managers who run your project from first call to load-out. Vegas is a desert: 100°F+ is normal from May through September, and shade isn’t a nice-to-have here, it’s the thing that keeps a festival crowd on the grounds instead of in their cars. We’ve built our shade structure line around exactly that problem, and it’s why outdoor festivals and dayclub-scale events across the valley call us first. Beyond shade, we run full production out of Vegas — staging, AV, lighting, and crew — for everything from Strip-adjacent corporate activations to outdoor festivals on the outskirts of the valley. Because the warehouse is local, Vegas jobs get the shortest lead times and the deepest bench: if a client needs more structures, more stage deck, or more hands on a Friday afternoon, we’re pulling from inventory that’s minutes away, not trucking it in from another region. If your event is anywhere in Southern Nevada, this is the crew that shows up.

Orlando

Orlando runs on convention and theme-park-adjacent business almost year-round, and that means a market that expects union-grade AV and staging without the wait times bigger cities charge for. We keep a standing crew in Orlando so out-of-market production companies and local planners both have a local option — not a fly-in team pricing in a flight and a hotel. Central Florida’s convention corridor (the I-Drive/Orange County Convention Center area and the corporate event circuit around it) is where most of our Orlando work happens: general session AV, breakout staging, branded activations, and the crew to run all of it live. We also cover outdoor festival work in the region, with the same shade and structure line that keeps Vegas crowds cool — Florida sun and humidity make it just as necessary here, for a different reason. If you’re producing anything in Central Florida, from a three-day convention to a single outdoor brand activation, our Orlando crew works it start to finish.

Nashville

Nashville’s outdoor music scene is the reason we built a standing crew here — this is a city where live music happens outside more months of the year than almost anywhere else on our list, from riverfront festivals to outdoor amphitheater season to the corporate events that ride the city’s entertainment-industry coattails. We bring the same shade, staging, AV, and crew capabilities here that we run everywhere else, sized for Nashville’s mix of mid-size festivals and corporate/entertainment clients who expect production people that actually understand live music logistics. As Nashville’s festival and outdoor-event calendar keeps growing, we’ve grown the local crew roster with it, so bookings here don’t compete with our other markets for the same trucks and gear.

Atlanta

Atlanta’s live event scene is dense and fast-moving — corporate conferences, music festivals, and private events all competing for the same crews and gear on the same weekends. We staff Atlanta year-round specifically so our clients aren’t stuck waiting on availability during peak season. That means local staging and AV crews for corporate work downtown and in the suburbs, plus festival-scale production support for the outdoor events that ring the metro area throughout spring and fall. Atlanta’s weather swings hard — humid summers, real winters — so our structures and rigging plans account for both heat relief and wind load, not just one or the other. Whether you’re an event planner booking a single conference or a production company that needs overflow crew for a festival weekend, our Atlanta team plugs in directly.

Vegas, Orlando, Atlanta, and Nashville are where we keep standing crews and equipment — but we produce events well beyond those four cities. We’ve supported projects in Kansas City, Miami, Tampa, Columbus, and other markets across the country, and we regularly travel production teams and equipment to wherever a festival, corporate event, or private party needs us. If your event is outside our home markets, tell us the location and dates — we’ll tell you straight whether it makes sense to fly a crew in or partner with local labor, and price it accordingly.
