This Privacy Policy explains how DZ Productions LLC (“DZ Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information accessed through its internal accounting integration application (the “Application”). The Application is used solely by DZ Productions for its own internal bookkeeping and accounting operations — principally to move and reconcile accounts-payable data between BILL (Bill.com) and Intuit QuickBooks Online. It is not offered to, marketed to, or used by the general public.
1. Information We Access
Through authorized connections to our own accounts at Intuit QuickBooks Online and BILL (Bill.com), the Application may access business financial records, including:
Vendor and supplier records (names, contact details, tax identifiers)
Bills, invoices, bill payments, and related line items
Chart of accounts and general-ledger classifications
Account balances and transaction history
This is business financial data belonging to DZ Productions. The Application does not collect personal information from visitors to this website.
2. How We Use the Information
Information accessed through the Application is used exclusively for DZ Productions’ internal accounting purposes: importing historical accounts-payable records into QuickBooks Online, keeping records synchronized between systems, and supporting bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share data accessed through the Application with any third party. Data is transmitted only between DZ Productions’ own authorized accounts (QuickBooks Online and BILL) over encrypted connections. We may disclose information only where required by law or to comply with a valid legal process.
4. Intuit QuickBooks Data
Where the Application accesses Intuit QuickBooks Online data, it does so in accordance with Intuit’s API terms and developer requirements. QuickBooks data is used only for the internal purposes described above and is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
5. Data Storage and Security
Connection credentials (such as API tokens) are stored securely and access is limited to authorized DZ Productions personnel. Data retrieved for migration is held only as long as needed to complete and verify the accounting work, and is protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
6. Data Retention
Financial records imported into QuickBooks Online are retained within QuickBooks per our normal business and tax-recordkeeping practices. Temporary working copies created during a migration are deleted once the work is verified.
7. Your Choices
Because the Application operates only on DZ Productions’ own business data, it does not process the personal data of outside individuals. Authorized account connections can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online or BILL.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
