Stage Rental for Las Vegas Concerts and Events
DZ Productions supplies and builds staging for events across Las Vegas — from festival main stages to corporate keynote platforms to smaller activation stages that need to look and perform like a much bigger production. We stock modular staging locally, which means we’re not renting a truck’s worth of deck from an out-of-state supplier and hoping it clears the desert in time for your load-in.
Staging is the one piece of production that everything else gets built around — lighting rigs, AV, backline, sightlines, crowd barricades. Get the stage wrong and every other department is working around a mistake. We size and configure staging based on your show, not a one-size-fits-all deck package: performer count, backline footprint, whether you need wings or a runway, roof or no roof, and how the stage sits relative to your crowd and sightlines all factor into the plan before we ever load a truck.
We’ve built stages for major music festivals in the Las Vegas market, along with corporate events that need a stage platform for keynotes, panels, or product reveals. The build quality is the same either way — our crews decking a festival main stage use the same standards and the same attention to load ratings as a corporate general session stage, because a stage failure is a stage failure regardless of what’s happening on it.
Las Vegas hosts events on every kind of surface — asphalt parking lots, desert lots, hotel event lawns, convention center floors — and each one changes how a stage gets anchored and leveled. Our crew handles that site-specific work as part of the build, not as a change order after the fact.
Because our staging inventory and install crew are based in Las Vegas, we can typically turn around a quote and a load-in plan faster than a supplier trucking gear in from another market — which matters when a festival date gets confirmed a few weeks out instead of a few months.

FAQ
What size stage do I need for my Las Vegas event?
It depends on performer count, backline, and whether you need wings, a runway, or a roof system. Tell us the act(s) and expected crowd size and we’ll spec a stage plan, not just a deck square footage.
Do you provide the crew to build and strike the stage, or just the equipment?
We provide both — our own crew handles load-in, build, and strike. You’re not coordinating a rental company and a separate labor crew.
Can you integrate AV and lighting with the stage rental?
Yes. Staging, AV, and lighting are all part of what we run, so the stage build and the technical production plan happen together, not as separate vendors handed off to each other on-site.
