These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, tools, and services operated by DZ Productions ("DZ Productions," "we," "us," or "our"), including DZ Postiz, our internal social-media scheduling and publishing tool ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
DZ Postiz is an internal tool used by DZ Productions and its authorized team members to prepare, schedule, and publish DZ Productions' own short-form video and image content to DZ Productions' own connected social-media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn). The Service is not offered to the general public and does not post on behalf of third parties.
2. Authorized Use
Access to the Service is limited to DZ Productions owners, employees, and contractors who have been granted an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected social-media platform.
3. Connected Platform Accounts
When you connect a third-party social-media account to the Service, you authorize DZ Productions to access and use that account solely to schedule and publish DZ Productions' content and to retrieve related publishing and performance data. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service and community guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish any content you submit.
4. Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You represent that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for that content — including any music, footage, images, trademarks, and likenesses it contains — and that publishing it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any platform policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; (b) violate the terms or policies of any connected platform; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DZ Productions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use DZ Productions' names, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs (including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and related services). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DZ Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
