End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the internal accounting integration application (the “Application”) made available by DZ Productions LLC (“DZ Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Application connects DZ Productions’ own accounts at BILL (Bill.com) and Intuit QuickBooks Online to support internal bookkeeping and accounts-payable operations. By using the Application, the user (“you”) agrees to the terms below.
1. License Grant
DZ Productions grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for DZ Productions’ internal business and accounting purposes. The Application is not licensed, sold, or distributed to the public.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) use the Application for any purpose other than DZ Productions’ internal operations; (b) copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the Application except as authorized by DZ Productions; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except to the extent permitted by law; or (d) use the Application to access data you are not authorized to access.
3. Ownership
The Application and all related intellectual property remain the property of DZ Productions and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application interoperates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and BILL (Bill.com). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. The Application accesses Intuit QuickBooks data in accordance with Intuit’s API terms and developer requirements.
5. Data
Use of data accessed through the Application is described in our Privacy Policy. Data is used only for DZ Productions’ internal accounting purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DZ Productions does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DZ Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to use of the Application.
8. Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. DZ Productions may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
